activity.

Since uploaded ORF sequences generated by de novoORF prediction
do not contain any functional annotation information, the use of a reference genome allows the user to quickly determine
whether a putative bacteriocin encoding ORF has already been annotated in the genome of interest or not. Your data will be stored on our server for up to three weeks and will be kept confidential.
